Due to its small size and population, Kadmat does not have sprawling urban neighborhoods. Instead, the settlement is characterized by village-style clustering:
* **Central Village**: The primary residential and commercial hub, containing the main mosques, local shops, the panchayat office, and primary schools. * **Northern Tip**: Less densely populated, featuring the prominent Kadmat Island Beach Resort, the scuba diving center, and tourist-oriented facilities. * **Eastern Coast**: Dotted with fishing community settlements and boat jetties where the traditional tuna boats are moored. * **Southern End**: A quieter, highly agricultural zone dense with coconut groves and small family hamlets.
