Today, BSNL and Jio provide cellular and mobile internet coverage in major villages like Diskit, Hunder, and Turtuk, though speeds can fluctuate heavily based on weather and tourist load. * **Water and Sewer:** Water is drawn primarily from glacial streams and natural springs via ancient, gravity-fed irrigation channels (*kuhls*).
