Manimajra is situated near the **Sukhna Choe**, a seasonal stream that flows through the region and carries monsoon runoff from the Shivalik Hills. Just west of Manimajra lies **Sukhna Lake**, Chandigarh’s famous artificial reservoir, which is a central hub for water-based recreation and bird watching. The **Ghaggar River** also flows relatively close by in neighboring Panchkula.
