Havelock's topography is gently undulating. While much of the coastal perimeter is flat and at sea level, the interior features rolling hills covered in dense canopy.
The highest point on the island is Yulutang, which rises to approximately 167 meters (548 feet) above sea level. There are no major rivers, but several small freshwater streams and catchments weave through the forests, especially vital during the monsoon season. The island is bordered by shallow coral shelves that drop off into the deeper waters of the Andaman Sea.
